1. I am having trouble signing in, what do I do?

Confirm the email address you are using is the one you gave to the camp and the one the camp used to send you your “welcome to camp” information. If it is correct, select “forgot your password”, to trigger an email to reset your password. If you do not receive our email, please check your spam folder.

2. What if my child has allergies?

3. How do I see the menu choices?
|
Once you are logged in, the order calendar will open and you will see the available dates. Pick the date you want, to access the order screen.

4. What if I cannot order for the date I need?
|
The online order window for this date may have closed. However, we may be able to assist you with late ordering. Call 905-944-0210 or email information@kidskitchen.ca

5. How do I place an order?
|
Pick your meal, enter the desired quantity and click on “add to order”. When the item has been ordered successfully, a tiny shopping cart will appear above the item. Repeat as needed.

6. How do I order for additional dates?
|
Select “Switch Date” to see additional available order dates. Repeat as needed. You can order for as many dates as you wish that are open on the calendar.

7. How do I see my total order?
|
On the top right of the order screen, click on the tiny shopping cart to go to the checkout page.

8. How do I pay for my order?
|
You do NOT pay at the same time you place your order. Every Friday, we process all orders delivered during the week using the credit card information we have on file.

9. How do I change / cancel my order? prior to verifying it?
|
On the checkout page, you will see each item ordered and the quantity sorted by delivery date. You can change or delete any item by adjusting the item quantity and saving or using the trash can to delete. If you want to return to the order calendar, to make additional selections for any date, click on the little blue “calendar” icon.

10. How do I cancel an order if my child is sick?
|
Cancellations are accepted by phone or email up to 7 am on the day of delivery. Please call 905-944-0210 or email information@kidskitchen.ca . You will not be billed for the cancelled lunch.

11. How do I place an order for multiple children?
|
After you have placed an order for the first child, select “Switch Camper” to return to the calendar to see available dates for another Camper. If you do not see him or her please call KK at 905-944-0210.

12. What payment options are available?
|
You have a choice of paying for your order with, Visa, MasterCard or Amex. You must provide your credit card information before you can place an order. If your card has expired, you will be asked to update your information prior to ordering.

13. How do I see my order history?
|
Use the drop down under your name at the top right of the screen to access the Order History. You will be able to see a record of orders, payments, cancellations and account balances.

14. What happens to my order if the camp is closed?
|
Your account will be adjusted automatically. You will not be billed for the cancelled lunch.
